bimby nut ...

Today I made the nut. The nut that gets to make the broth ... What if I buy images carcasses of dead animals, spices, a pound of gluttamato and so on.
Nonono ... I do nut:
400 g minced meat 400 g
choice of mixed vegetables (celery, carrot, onion, garlic, various herbs)
350 g of salt 3 bay leaves

a clove
40 g of wine I shake in white

bimby vegetables, I added everything else and go to cooking (35 min to max)
then I mix together and put in jars ...
there is a good smell in the house that arouses the gastric juices .. I'm quite satisfied. Yesterday

then I made pizza with sourdough. The pizza was delicious, but the recipe needs to change because it was difficult to mix, I'll try to make it easier to lay before you publish it, in case someone read it and wanted to try it had I would never want to hate ;-)

Happy New Year to all organic and many kisses.

Happy Birthday Wishes Boss

sourdough

Ok, we left: we made the dough. With the case because it is a living thing, and now I can almost hear me speak and believe that ... He made the bread rise, and this evening will increase the pizza ... I now have the secret of baking and I write the recipe I used:

200 grams of flour (Manitoba, mixed with Full bio and more OO bio)
125 g water bottle
a tablespoon of honey a teaspoon of yogurt

I mixed the ingredients and I put the ball in a glass bowl, I've covered with a clean cloth got a cover of France and I wrapped inside.
I put it near the heater accompanied by apples and tangerines for you to sniff the air yeasts ...

for 6 days I have refreshed every 24 hours buttanto out half dough and adding flour (100 g) and water (60 g). The result was a young but strong mother (have taken from me heheh) ... capable of leavened bread, which was released this morning by the fragrant bread machine.

bread recipe:
- 125 g of sourdough
- 100g wheat flour 00
bio - Manitoba
150g of flour - 50 g whole wheat flour
- 100ml water
-
100 ml milk - 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt

I mixed last night (or rather I did the only program dough bread machine) and I did the cooking program this morning ..
Absolutely satisfied!
