bimby nut ...

Today I made the nut. The nut that gets to make the broth ... What if I buy images carcasses of dead animals, spices, a pound of gluttamato and so on.
Nonono ... I do nut:
400 g minced meat 400 g
choice of mixed vegetables (celery, carrot, onion, garlic, various herbs)
350 g of salt 3 bay leaves

a clove
40 g of wine I shake in white

bimby vegetables, I added everything else and go to cooking (35 min to max)
then I mix together and put in jars ...
there is a good smell in the house that arouses the gastric juices .. I'm quite satisfied. Yesterday

then I made pizza with sourdough. The pizza was delicious, but the recipe needs to change because it was difficult to mix, I'll try to make it easier to lay before you publish it, in case someone read it and wanted to try it had I would never want to hate ;-)
